Cape May Birding Day with Nikon
We are excited to announce that we are teaming up with Nikon to bring you yet another fantastic excursion! Join us for a day of exploration along the New Jersey Coast! We are heading to Cape May during the best time of the year – spring bird migration. Nikon reps and instructors will be on hand to answer all of your questions. Additionally, you will be able to try out the highest quality telephoto lenses Nikon has to offer! Don't miss out on the adventure, sign up today! Transportation and lunch will be provided.  Live On-Location Portrait Event with Bob Harrington sponsored by ExpoImaging
Join us for this informative, interactive workshop with pro photographer Bob Harrington. Bob will be demonstrating how to utilize speedlight flashes with wireless triggers. He will also teach how many of the wireless flash systems operate, as well as a demonstration of a couple different shootingtechniques. You will have a chance to see all the cameras and lenses we sell here in the shop in a live photo shoot and then take turns trying out the equipment yourself. You will learn which lenses should be used in portrait settings and how to get fantastic portrait shots. Models will be present to pose for portraits and create a professional studio shooting experience. This is also a great event for those of you who are experienced in shooting both in-studio and on-location portraits.

Digital Photography 101
The two night class will consist of two, one and a half hour session, which is designed for everyone that owns a digital single lens reflex camera. This class is for beginners to intermediate students and will cover exposure, shutter speeds, aperture, iso, lighting, composition, depth of field, and overall camera instruction. Canon Discovery Day - Upcoming Dates TBA
INTERMEDIATE: If you're a more experienced SLR user, this three-hour session is your ticket to learning about the more sophisticated features of your EOS camera. We'll take you to the next step in crafting great photographs, with details about the advanced controls in your camera and how to use them in real-life situations. Many examples of great images bring the camera's features to life in this event. We'll demystify your camera's histogram, give details about lighting and exposure control, and show the power that the right lenses and EOS Speedlites can bring to your photography.
BEGINNER: Enter the world of the digital SLR and learn about your camera, and how to make great pictures with it. We'll take you out of "automatic", but we won't overload you with too much detail. You'll see many examples of great photography, and learn techniques to use exposure, composition, flash, and a variety of lenses to get the same types of results. Our Basic Discovery Day class is a three-hour investment in your EOS digital SLR that will pay dividends over and over as you grow with your camera system.

Basic Studio Lighting
Join us for a special Basic Studio Lighting interactive workshop. We will be demonstrating how and when to use studio strobe systems. You will gain the understanding of what goes into setting up a studio portrait, as well as metering and adjusting the artificial light. Everyone will take turns trying out the equipment to get a hands-on feel for how studio lighting works. You will learn basic lighting setups, as well as tips and tricks to make great photographs.

Olympus Live Drive Event
We will be teaming up with Olympus once again to bring you a unique photography experience! Olympus Visionary and fashion photographer Victor Rodriguez will be here in the store with an educational presentation on the incredibly powerful Olympus OM-D EM-5 micro four thirds camera. He will be showing some of his work as well as teaching you how to take incredible photographs with the Olympus OM-D and other PEN series cameras. There will also be a Q&A session and an "Ask the PRO" session. Learn & Explore with Nikon
Discover how to use your Nikon camera to its full potential. Our Nikon Tech Rep, David Snyder, will conduct this seminar that focuses on showing you how to take amazing photographs with ease! There will be two classes: The D7000 class and the D3100/D5100 class. Don't shoot with those cameras? No problem! If you shoot with a D80 or a D90, you are welcome to join the D7000 class and not only be instructed on how to take incredible photos, but also learn about the new features the D7000 has to offer!
